SPECIAL COMMUNICATION FROM SSA REGARDING RED DEER AND CYLT

Please read carefully the following information regarding CYLT

SSC has released an updated version of the Youth Championships Bulletin 2021/22 (attached)

NEW DATE:  April 14/15

NEW LOCATION:  Quebec City

REQUIRED SEED TIMES

Seed times for the 500m OS Event - all age groups

Seed times for the 1500m OS Event - F13/14, M14/15

Seed Times for the 300m Canadian Mass Start - all age groups

Deadline for Preliminary Entries to SSA:  March 3, 2022

Deadline for Preliminary Entries to SSC:  March 25, 2022

Deadline for Final Entries to SSA:  March 21, 2022

Final Entries to SSC:  April 4, 2022

RED DEER - CYLT QUALIFIER

Red Deer is the Qualifier for CYLT as stated in the SSA Bulletin.  

ABLT will be used as the back up if there are issues with weather - as stated in the SSA Bulletin (attached)

Red Deer Competition:  February 19th, 2022 (Cancelled)

We have been in close communication with the Red Deer Club regarding ice conditions.  They are working diligently with the City of Red Deer to maintain the ice.  The forecast is for colder weather next week (day and night).
